Rates are shown in Canadian dollars and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

In-stock pieces are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces, including waist beads and anklet stacks made in your colours, take 2 to 3 weeks to create before they ship. The product page tells you which applies.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and peak periods can add time, and that portion is outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. If tracking has not arrived within [X] business days, email hello@afrocuratedboutique.com and we will look into it.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. We cannot calculate or refund them, and we cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will reship it once you cover the postage again.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for [X] business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and see it through with you.
